ACMD zone valve boxes are used for shut off the flow of medical gas in medical pipelines to allow maintenance of individual zones without disturbing the gas flow to other zones. It is consisted of stainless steel valve box, stainless steel ball valve with extension copper tube, bracket for ball valve, pressure gauge.

There are two different installation methods for ACMD zone valve boxes, surface mount and flush mount.

ACMD zone valve box is available in single (houses 1 valve) or multiple (houses 2 to 6 valves) types, accommodating a variety of valve sizes.The valve box will be made of clear and durable polycarbonate, designed for easy operation and maintenance. A large color-coded gas identification label is affixed near the upper left side of each ball valve for visibility.
